Once the mobile device has entered into the Lexil Network coverage area, a message is transmitted to the mobile device that states: Would you like to accept a message from (Name of Advertiser)?«If answer is «Yes» the message will be downloaded and opened immediately. If answer is «No» the particular message will be cancelled and will not be transferred to the device.

OPERATIONS

The entire operation of Lexil Network goes through web interface. This translates to the operation of the network from any cell phone, Smart phone, pocket PC, or computer connected the Internet. Lexil Network utilizes all modern sources of security such as passwords, secure protocols, coded data, etc.

CONTENT

Messages are compared by the entire content instead of title only to avoid an accidental repeat of the same message.

GROUPS

All found devices in the coverage area can be sorted into groups by one or multiple criteria?s: type of device, brand of device, time of entry into coverage area, geographical location of entry into coverage area, and total time spent in coverage area.

The groups can be sorted automatically or manually.

EXAMPLES

Below are sample scenarios to help better understand the service of Lexil Network

From 7-8pm, a nightclub invitation is sent to all users within the coverage area.

After 15 minutes of the first message blast, another blast with a $2 OFF Coupon will be sent to the same users.

From 8-9pm, an announcement of the schedule of events for the club is sent.

To all devices that received all three transmissions, a free ring tone (.mp3 file) will be sent.

(All files can be sent as .JPG, .TXT, .MP3, .MPG4, etc.)

STATISTICS

Lexil Network can create multiple criteria reports based upon the individual needs of the client.

One Lexil transmitter is capable of transferring a message to 50 users at one time.

Average speed of data transfer is 35kb/sec. The coverage area of one transmitter is 30-40 yards. Eg: Wallpaper for cell phone with a size of 30kb will be transferred in less than one-second.
